First off I am not a consumer I am an employee of the company trying to set the record straight. Stereotomy has been in business for over 20 years and many many customers and employees have come threw the store. As many of you know bad employees can ruin a business and its reputation. The employees in question in all the complaints I see here are no longer with the company. Please do not let the downfalls of a few steer you away from a truly spectacular shop. Our staff has over 40years combined experience and are the best in the business. Moving forward though, I would like to offer anyone with a complaint the opportunity to contact me in hopes we can resolve what ever issues may be outstanding. I promise to help in whatever way I can and I would truly appreciate the opportunity to create an exceptionally satisfying experience for you.
