Good: The cloth diapers are great in quality and the customers service is of a great help. Very friendly and helpful people.. Bad: the only thing I dislike are the covers water proof for the diapers.
Our son is 4 days old and we need to keep the belt part tight so the diaper doesn't slide off. The Velcro tapes are very tough, especially the edges. Our son was crying a lot when wearing the cover but not when we were changing him or without the cover.
We discover quickly his inner legs were badly scratched. My mother in law fixed it by using an other type of velcro with softer edges.. Improvements: BDS should improve slightly the design of the covers, like extending the length of the "flaps" to keep the velcro away from the baby's legs. or use an other type of velcro with softer edge.. Other: other than that we really love the service..
