This is a review of the OB/GYN clinic. Dealing with this clinic, their staff and doctors was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a doctor's office. The problem is that they are the only doctors who deliver babies in Loveland. At the start of my pregnancy, I was very sick. However, even though I was dropping weight quickly and in Ketosis, they refused to see me. They just kept calling in medication for me-- I never even got to talk to a doctor. I was also very worried about the pregnancy and some medication I was on. When I asked about it, they didn't want to look into the medication-- they wanted to refer me to my prescribing doctor-- and I had wanted a second opinion. My husband and I originally denied the Triple Screen blood test because they have a very high false positive rate. However, when we denied it, their response was subtle, but made us uncomfortable-- we felt like we had to get the test. The test came out slightly positive. The doctor called at 6:30 on a Thursday night to tell us. The next morning they rushed us in for an ultrasound. However, it took them two weeks to get the results back to us. I started calling on the following Tuesday. They didn't get back to me until Thursday, and the nurse nonchalantly said, "We haven't sent the results to be recalculated yet." It had been a week and we had been worried the entire time. It took them another week to actually call with the results. It usually takes them two to three days to call back.-- if they call back at all. Moreover, they don't have an answering service....they have voice mail for after hours. You can call an emergency number, but in an emergency, I don't want to be tracking down a lot of phone numbers.
