I was just there recently and didn't experience anything like the below comments. I was treated with respect and I liked the fact that the Misti cares what the stylist is doing to your hair and the fact that she checks every haircut and color before you leave. I have been there a few times and all but one experience was fabulous. I was unhappy with the way my hair looked (cut and color). Misti called me personally to check on me. When I told her I was not happy with it - she immediately told me to be there the next day to have Justin fix it. Well, He did an AMAZING job!!!!! I have had nothing but good things said about the cut and highlights. Complete strangers have stopped me to ask where I get my hair done. I definitely would not make your decision based on the comments below. Don't judge Misti Belle's until you experience it for yourself!! When you make your appointment - Ask for Justin, you will not regret it!!!
