Review content:
University Auto Park is an automotive dealership in Urbana. It is part of the O'Brien Auto group. University Auto Park sells Toyota, Volkswagen, Mazda, and Chrysler. The service department is horrible. I took my Volkswagen Jetta in to have a blinker replaced. I thought that this would be a very painless, quick, and in expensive repair. First of all, the service advisor did not return my calls when I left messages or previously talked to her like she said she would. When I came, I had to go through the whole detail again. Anyway, I did not arrange for a ride because as I said, I expected it to be painless. A few hours went by and no one updated me. At this point I asked what was going on. I was told they were still working on my car. I told them this was unacceptable and demanded they told me what the status was. So the service advisor goes and checks (you can see them working on your car so I know that she talked to the guy) and comes back and says "oh they dropped the down inside your car so they had to get it out. Well, they did this not once, but three times!!! For over three hours I sat there and waited for a simple light bulb to be replaced because of their incompetent staff. Oh and the charge was around $100. Absolutely ridiculous!! Go somewhere else, even if you have to drive for the service.
