I recently had the displeasure of going to Long John Silver in Ocoee, Fl. Our order was placed at 9:16 PM. Its was not given to us until 9:35 and it was still not complete. Hush puppies, and cole slaw were missing. Finally after 40 minutes total order was complete. Numerous customers were waiting like this. Literally the slowest severice I have ever gotten in any type of resturant. Staff seemed more focus of chatting with friends and other non work related activity. I will update my review after I hear back from Long John SIlver customer service.
