I think my title says it all! Hong Kong Chop Suey is the BEST Chinese food that my family has ever had and we are Chinese food eaters! There are two locations (owned by different family members) and both are excellent. The menus are nearly identical and the food quality is the same at both- always super! The prices are incredibly low and the portions are HUGE. Everything we've ever had has been wonderful. We were a bit leary to try a Chinese place that has such a cliche name, but it definately stands alone when it comes to quality and flavor. They only do carry out, so be prepared to carry home a large, heavy hot box of food. Enjoy!
