Elements Asia brings the central NJ area an alternative to the humdrum
This fusion restuarant brings together several ethnic cuisines for a mouth blowing experience that delivers every time! Their selection of soups and salads will sedate any palate. Their pumpkin soup, seafood bean curd soup, and peking duck salads shine. Their vast appetizers are served with enough to share. Try the scallion pancakes, and roti canai! Sushi, sashimi, and rolls are made fresh but are lacking taste-wise. A valiant attempt but it falls short. Presentation for the dinner "creation" entrees are beautiful and are simply delicious. I recommend trying a creation dish in lieu of the traditional dishes especially the Grand Marnier shrimp, Stuffed Eggplant and Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, and Thai Curry Seafood.

Lunch specials are serves with house salad or soup and rice and offers a very healthy portion for the price.
Daily specials round out an already comprehensive menu. It is a wonderful dining experience for families or couples and will have the diner spreading its praises immediately!
