Good: My husand has been to Dr. Burke twice and I have also been to Dr. Burke for eye exam for glasses and contacts. We consider him to be the best eye Dr Which we have seen since we move to Dawsonville, 5 years ago, he did send my husband to the very best eye Surgeon.I know several pysician in this area now and they highly recomened him.
All the ladies that work there are really supper nice too.. Bad: I think his name is Rick, your in lab tech. The one that did the fitting me for computer glasses and reading glasses. I would guess it was about 8 or 9 months when I came to pick up my glasses when I told this young man that I did not like the glasses and could not see out of them, I asked him to change them. He did but was very very rude to me.. Improvements: Either get another replacement for you Lab Tech/in lab glass cutter or give him an attitude ajustment. Dr Burke is such a wonderful Doctor with a pleasant attitude, I would not like for him to loose business because of someone so imature.. Other: My husband called today, this is the 17th day since he was in and he called about a week before that. This young man was so ugly to him, now I do know because he did the same thing to me. He told him they did not have our phone#.No problem contacting me and we are in the phone book.I listen to this conversation via speaker phone.MY husband's voice is very deep and I have never heard him provoke or be rude to anyone.Try to explain to Rick the law for abuse to the diable/serous.
