Review content:
We used Custom Travel to book our honeymoon arrangements. Although the travel agent was very nice, she didn't do anything for us except book what we chose. We decided to go to an all inclusive. I did research on the internet and found that Sandals was having a great sale on their rates. I called her and asked her to book it with the sale price. I then looked into the airfare and called and told her which flights to book. She didn't seem like she would take the initiative to do the research for us and to find us the best deal. My husband used her in the past and said that he basically called her with the information and she booked it. I guess we could have done it all ourselves but once we met with her we felt obligated to have her purchase the trip for us.
