Review content:
I don't always like to be treated like a number, but at Norm Reeves Honda, they are doing you a favor. This is the largest Honda dealer in California (maybe the US) and they sell a crazy amount of cars. Go on a weekend when there are more buyers than sellers. What is great is that they don't fool around with you. They don't want to waste their own time, so they are very upfront about whether or not they can do it. Very little of this, "I'll go check with my manager" BS.
I waited 5 minutes to see a saleswoman. I explained what I wanted and I told her what price I was looking for. She said she could only do it in red. I said I wanted black. She said she couldn't do it for that price. And I said OK. Rather than 2-3 hours of BS, our dickering took 5 minutes.
