Businiess name:  Service Department at Culver City Honda
Review by:  Bruce L.
Review content:
First of all, almost every Honda dealer is full of jerks. They know people want their cars, so they use every trick in the book to screw you. I spent a couple hours haggling over a car and when we couldn't consummate the deal we finished and I asked for my car back (it was being evaluated for trade-in value). The salesman I was working with was so rude to me at this point. Trying to make me feel bad for not buying a car for him. He must have thought I enjoyed wasting two hours of my time on him. Forget haggling with these sleazy jerks. Use edmunds.com or some site for internet pricing. The fleet departments are so much nicer with less hassle.
