Review content:
I used Milton Gil's photography and video. The photographer was really friendly and took many pictures. Unfortunately the photographer is no longer with Milton Gil.
The videographer was the worse. He was easily distracted and did not keep up with the wedding program. Most of my footage was cut in half because he was elsewhere and didn't have the camera ready. I didn't pay almost 3k for someone to record like this. My family member got better shots than this guy.
At editing, Milton Gil's workers were very sarcastic and blamed everything on my DJ. They made a big fuss on getting me other footage from the raw video. Apparently it was too much work. I decided not to fight and learn my lesson in going with a company that doesn't specialize in video. I now have to deal horrible footage chosen by people who weren't even at the wedding. If you see the video... you would say, "There has to be better video than this." The camera guy was in our face the whole morning and we were laughing and smiling. He told us, act like he was not there. We weren't allowed to smile at the camera. Why did my wedding video contain the worse shots? Is that what they think looks good? did they think people like this kind of stoic-face video? It’s so upsetting!!!
Here is a tip for anyone getting married and using a videographer... no matter what they say, don't act like they are not there. Remember to smile and remember there is a camera recording your special day. Also, do not pay so much money for video. Just pay that extra cash if you know the person knows how to do their job. This guy was awful. 100% awful. I hate my wedding video.
I rated Milton Gil 2 stars, just because they had a good photographer, but like I said, she's long gone.
Pros: Photographer was very friends
Cons: Video footage was minimal and raw footage too expensive
