Ponce de Leon came to the new world and found this fountain, believing it to stem aging. You step into this well and room and realize this is a place where the beginning of Western civilization started for the Americas. However, that's it, except for a taste of the water, which is high in minerals and worse than most well water in Florida. Hold your nose too -- it stinks.
