I came to see Dr. Karin Schwartz when I was struggling with many relationship and food issues. Over the past few years, I had tried many other ways to get help, but nothing seemed to make a difference. Dr. Schwartz helped me gain a lot of insight on why I do what I do, and provided me with many useful tools on how to make better choices for myself and start liking myself. I am now in a wonderful relationship both with myself and with my new partner.
