Review content:
I had never used a mover before and company guys was subject to lots of questions and calls. They reassured me several times that they'd take care of me, and they really did. The guys also answered many questions. I can't thank them enough!!! AVL Moving Services did just what they promised. They got me moved from California in under a day with just one "casualty." A mover man accidentally dropped a box when a handle ripped...one lone bowl broke. No big deal at all. I packed my own boxes and cut my own handles in the boxes, so I may have inadvertently caused the problem myself. The movers arrived EARLY (I could hardly believe it) and had everything in the truck in under 3 hours. They kept in contact with me via cell phone and made sure to tell me when the were near to my new apartment. They arrived at about 8 pm, unpacked, and were gone before 11. Talk about hard-working men! Plus, they took extra care to keep the carpet clean (a big deal, considering the carpet is cream-colored). I couldn't believe that I was completely moved in less than a day. Overall, I had an exceptional experience as a first-time client of a professional mover. I would definitely use AVL Moving Company again. Thanks again to the guys!!!
