Good: The detail and education they provided me before I made my decision to hire them was truly that of an educated processional remodeler, top in the industry, and we interviewed many!. Bad: They were 3 weeks out before they could start, however I guess that is because they were busy.. Improvements: Really none.. Other: Upon an atticinspection the salesperson (Jeff) found mold in my attic that was caused from a ventilation problem. Not only did he fix the leaky roof, but he designed an intake venting system that has worked great ever since the roof was completed. For years we had battled ice dams in Jan-Feb, and after the new roof system was installed we have not had one issue. Last winter was a cold and snowy one too. Most of my neighbors had ice dam leaks...not us!.
