When we first met Peter, we had no idea that he was the owner of Woodberry Trading Co., and were surprised to have found out when the furniture was delivered. That only told us that he wanted our experience with him to be humbling, and most of all...comfortable! His customer service is excellent, and the fact that he is willing to even go above and beyond for us is more than we can ever ask of anyone.
His delivery team who was Dennis, and his partner at the time of delivery, Tommy was awesome! Even their customer service is above and beyond!
The original mattress that we had purchased didn't quite fit the height exptancy when we finally saw the mattress on the Chest Bed set we had also purchased through them, and without any hesitation, Peter went ahead and "evenly" exchanged the mattress for another one in which my wife and I had fallen in love with. We say "evenly" because the new mattress is actually at a higher value, but because of Peter's main focus on customer satisfaction, he delivered a 5 Star service to us.
In addition, Dennis was even more than happy to come out once again to do the manual labor of switching out the beds, never once giving off the vibe of inconvenience for himself to have done a double job.
The service that Peter and his wonderful Team at Woodberry Trading Co., was simply "The Best" that we've ever experienced, in furniture shopping, and I would HIGHLY recommend your next purchase with them! We know ours will be!
We've already talked about our next brand new living room set with them!
