In the TJ Maxx plaza. I purchased my phone and plan at another location, but this was the local place to make payments, take my phone for repairs, etc. I had a horrible time turning in my phone under the "insurance" plan. This location was always out of stock on the phone I needed, they never transferred my phone numbers over, the store temperature is usually hot ... and they charged me for a whole new phone and not just my deductible- then took quite a while to reimburse me! The displays are NOT kid-friendly and the hours aren't very good. I have never been helped "promptly"- the staff was either on personal calls or chronically helping other staff so that three staff appeared to be the equivalent of one.
