I went in to get my brakes fixed, the mechanic that did the work turned my air conditioner on HIGH. MY air conditioner is broke and only works on LOW. So the blower fell out on the floor and he just shoved it back up under the dash. When I went in to asked about it he denied it. He also got smart with me. I have 7 witnesses that know about my air conditioner only being able to run on LOW for 6 months prior. I called the manager and he said "I should have told him not to turn it on HIGH" that is admitting they did it. So I said " is that your policy to have your mechanics sit in a customer's car and turn their switches up or down? Then he started using the F word yelling and cussing me then he hung up. I don't think he had a right to touch my air conditioner switch when he is supposed to be fixing my brakes. And the nerve to use that kind of language means he is not professional or honest either is the mechanic
