Review content:
Founded in 2005 by Vinny Marino, and reflecting his creativity and enthusiasm for the restaurant business, the Brickhouse Cafe (on Route 109 in Dedham) emulates the feeling a guest would have if they were vacationing on the Italian island of Sicily. This unique Italian Cafe utilizes authentic family recipes, decor, and music to transports the customer from their hectic schedule to "a place where a guest can sit back and relax-enjoy great food and get a break from their everyday concerns".
The Brickhouse Cafe traces its pizza pies to a recipe handed down from several generations of family members. These days owner Vinny Marino keeps the recipe alive with everything from the Brickhouse Cafe Special (made with sausage, homemade meatballs, tomato sauce and ricotta cheese) to simple pies like pepperoni and barbecue chicken. The entrees are no different. No short cuts are taken when preparing our food. All day long, sauces simmer and doughs rise so you can enjoy these delicious homemade tastes everyday. From the Marino family heritage to yours!
Located at 107 Bridge Street in Dedham, The Brickhouse Cafe offers dinner every night staring at 5:00pm and brunch on Saturdays starting at 11:00am and accept reservations for all nights. Make sure to check out their blog and daily specials. Vinny Marino cordially invites you to "Come to my House" and experience true Italian cooking and casual dining.
