I highly recommend them! We're from Indianapolis and hit a raccoon about 20 miles west of Burlington after dark on July 4, 2009. Car was disabled at it broke the radiator. AAA contacted the Mike's and a towtruck arrived within 20 minutes! Keep in mind this is July 4th! Driver stayed with me and my family until a taxi arrived from town to take us to a hotel. Was originally going to have car towed to a dealership for repair because I had no experience with Mike's, but decided to use them because of the helpfulness of their driver, John. I was very pleased with Mike's fast repair at a reasonable charge. Hopefully I won't be stranded in Burlington, Iowa in the near future, but if I am I will definitely call Mike's.
