My husband and I purchased tickets through this agent a few months before our travel. While on our 7 week trip, we tried to contact the agent to try and change our return date, which we thought was free. The date was changed, only to find that two weeks after we arrived home to find $600 charged to our bank account! We were never informed of this charge. My sister called to speak with someone on our behalf and was told by the receptionist that the travel agent was actually on the phone with ME, and she would have to call back. Of course I never spoke to this person.
My advice is to stay away from this agency, I think now the name is Passageways travel.
