when you purchase a tree from these guys, they tell you if they install it, it has a one year warranty, the warranty is for 50% of the price you pay plus 50% of the installation. But that is NOT how it works. Basically lets say you paid 500 for a tree and the install is 400 thus you spent 900.00. You leave there thinking that if the tree dies they will issue you a credit of 450.00. NOPE... Instead...lets say you find a replacement tree that is 200 and the install is 400 than the new tree installed would cost you 200 for the install, and there would be no cost on the tree because 50% of 500 is 250 right? NOPE... What they do and fail to clearly explain to you at time of purchase is that if your tree dies, they are going to charge you 50% of the price of the new tree irregardless of it's ticket. So lets say you find a tree for 200 and the install is 400 you pay for 50% of the new tree 100 plus 50% of the install 200, in short you end up paying twice no matter what, in short they really do not have a warranty program they just claim they do.
