Rstnt was emptying 7pm Sunday. Took 10+ minutes to be seated, another 15min for a waitress. Asked how the prime rib was....very good she said, ordered two dinners (prime rib)med rare. Twenty five minutes later we received two well done dinners.....could have resoled our shoes with the meat. We had to wait another 10 min for our waitress to return to voice our disapproval. When she finally retuned and said our peace she told us that they were understaffed this night and that the owner was cooking. We had the waitress return our meals to the owner to find out if this was a acceptable meal. The owner (Pat) did not have the courtesy to see us instead had the waitress tell us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our meals. Needles to say I did not pay for this so called service and will never return again.
