We have been to Italian Sensations in Bel Air many times in the past and stopped going a few years ago because the small dinning room had dirty floors and un-bussed tables. Since the dinning room is small, it is not very appetizing to have to sit at a table just a few feet from an empty table of half eaten food that remains there for up to 15 minutes after someone leaves. They do not have a bus person specifically assigned to the dinning room.
A few months ago, we decided to give this place one more try. We arrived at 9:30 p.m. for a sit in meal. Since it was late, all of the tables were clear but the dinning room floor was filthy as usual. As I was paying for our order, the cashier (at approx. 9:35 p.m.) with what appeared to be the manager standing nearby tells me that the restaurant closes at 10:00 and that they expected us to complete our meal and be out of the restaurant by then! We eat out at many different restaurants at many different times and have never been told that I need to hurry up an finish my food! Since it appears that our business is not appreciated nor respected, this was our last visit to Italian Sensations.
