I visited the store to get my daughter a toy. When I went to pay for the item with a $50 bill that I got from the bank that morning, the cashier did not even look at the bill to let me know that it was “fake money" & I need it to go back to the bank to reported. There were more customers in line while all this was happening - they were looking at me like I committed a crime & that I was doing something illegal. I fell so embarrassed in from of all these people that I ended paying with a CC so I can leave the store ASAP. I called the store to let them know about my experience with the cashier but, they only stated that they were sorry about it – nothing else…The store should provide better training to their employees. Overall neither the store nor the corporate office cares about their customer. Since my experience at the store I will never plan on going back & I have toll all my friends about my experience at the store so they don't have to experience something similar.
