Review content:
Good: Fast response - professional appearance and handling on the phone.. Bad: Massive overcharging and exaggeration of issues - pushing new units for $8000 USD or a $1000 repair when the parts cost $50 and another AC company resolved for a TOTAL of $85.. Improvements: Become honest - no issues making a fair profit but Admiral are way beyond that.. Other: They wanted $1000 dollars too replace a capacitor that they installed last year (low cost cheap version made in China) and a contractor that cost $25 from Grainger electrical and a USA made capacitor for about the same. And they charged $100 for a visit and did no actual work except try to convince me I needed to replace the inside and outside unit for $8000.
