Tim acted as both our selling and buying agent and we could not be more pleased. We put our house on the market in Sept. 2008. Tim knew how to stage our home inside and out. With all his knowledge and time spent with us prepping us for our sale we accepted an offer 6 days after putting our house on the market and got what we asked. Our purchase took 6 months because we were extremely picky in our needs. We physically looked at 50 or more homes all over the greater Seattle area and the home we decided on at least 7 times. We were happy with our decision and were able to get the home for well less than the asking price through Tim’s negotiating skills. As long as Tim is alive, we will never use a different agent. His knowledge, patience, and negotiating skills can not be surpassed.
