Good: NOTHING - would not waste my time shopping there.. Bad: The people that own this store and work there are not interested in serving customers. Recently, I called to ask a question about an item on their web site and the associate in the store told me not to come and proceeded to hang up on me. I was shocked. Although they have many items on their web site, they will not check to see if they actually have the item in stock in the store. You must drive all the way there to check. Unbelievably horrible customer service.. Improvements: They store needs to get a grip on reality and understand that without customers, they have no store..
