Review content:
This place rocks, great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great frame selection. I would have rated this 4 stars because of the mark up on the frames, but I felt that the people rating this as a one star establishment deserved to be offset. Typical West Seattle trash, me first now. I bet the one star reviewers for this place wanted a pair of Gucci frames thrown in for free. In their minds, if they don't get a little something for nothing then this place sucks. Not a place to go if you don't have insurance, go to Costco. They are also great. Generally speaking, the people I've met that dislike W.S. Optix are people that have no health insurance, and are thrown off by the cost of glasses without insurance. They are no different than any other place. Shop around, they fall somewhere in the middle as far as price goes.
Great stuff for kids too, I referred Optix to my sister, and my nephew's frames look great!
