If I could give it a negative star I would. It is that bad! If you read the first review you can tell it is a review written by a staff member to cover up how horrible their service really is. First I coughed up about 5 grand for them to make me a plastic tray I could have bought at Rite Aide that did not even help me with my pain. Then they recommend medicine that they charge ridiculous amounts for, that is not included in the five thousand I have already paid. My insurance was to have taken care of it but the office people kept giving me the run around and they did not bill till about six months later. The doctor is never there and the staff is very incompetent. Its a bunch a young girls right out of high school working on your jaw, beware you should ask to see if they are certified dental assistant because you can be for sure they are not! This place was a sham overall. Its located in the ghetto on el cajon boulevard and the "treatment" is so overpriced you wonder is that all I am getting for my money? one measely piece of plastic? be for sure that is all you are getting. Go to someone more reputable. The doctor says he has been awarded for this and that but it's no where reputable when you really do your own research. He is just trying to make a quick buck off of you. And if you are still in pain afterwards they will try to get you to get braces or another mouth piece, that will run you another ten grand. I am warning you from experience. Look out! He and his staff are con artists.
