Review content:
I brought my wifes car in for the 60K service on her LR3. Left the car there all day to be called and told they were not able to do anything. Promised a free oil change if we brought it back a week later. Brought it back and was called shortly afterwaeds with an 1200 estimate to perform a $200 service....but we would get a free oil change. When we picked up the car, it had grease on the leather seats, a huge scratch in the paint, the service light was on (they said they didn't know how to turn it off). Now mind you.....the service light was NOT on when we brought it to them!!! They charged me $115 for a $20 part, $49 to install a 2 minute job. $16 to rotate my tires (but they did a break job and had the tires off already). Double charged for supplies and tweaked my rear wiper. Lawsuit already started. This won't go unanswered.
