Review content:
I bought an annual membership for my children so now I am forced to go but it was by far, not the best decision on where to spend my hard earned money. Every time I go, there is something that is off, or broken, or not working, closed off, or ran out of batteries (the piano's never have batteries). After several phone calls and conversations with the employee and manager...nothing has changed. They smile and say thank you for your concern, make up their excuse and then two weeks later, I go back and nothing has changed. I am very disappointed in the way this place is run and would never recommend it to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere - there are cleaner, prettier, and equally priced places in the area where you can take your children to play.
