I have boarded my dogs at the Petsmart Pet Hotel in Woodinville, WA for almost 3 years and used to love taking them there, but over the last year it seems they constantly change staff and I never see the same faces. A few months ago my dogs started to have behavioral problems during their stays. One started chewing on his leash, which I've never seen in the 9 years that I've had him (got him at 8 weeks old). Apparently he also chewed on one of the staff member's shirts and refused to let go. Again, this is highly unusual behavior. My dog doesn't have ANY chewing problems or other behavior problems at home. So for their safety and sanity I won't be taking my dogs back...ever.
