Good: From my personal experience, Reliance Auto of Downey is the most honest, friendliest, unique, and most trusted dealership in Los Angeles, if not anywhere. Reliance Auto is thorough and make sure my family was happy. I felt I was welcome at all times. Service Department does great work. I was attended to with polite, knowledgeable, and stellar service staff. My family and I got great deals and best bargains with our 4 (four) reliable Sedans namely Lexus, Pontiac, Toyota, and Dodge Intrepid. My boyfriend an. Bad: The only problem with Reliance Auto is that they are hard to find. They are located across the Downey Studio Lot, at the corner of Alameda Street. If you do not hit the stop light, you'd miss it. They are between Stewart and Gray and Imperial Highway. They are the only car dealership in that area which is residential. I referred several friends and friend's family that got lost. I suggest use Yahoo, Google Maps or Map Quest before you go.. Improvements: They need more location. Keep the good work and the stellar service.. Other: If you are looking for a hot deal, reliable car with reasonable price, I highly recommend Reliance Auto in Downey, Ask for David or Pearl.
