Businiess name:  Clary Sage Day Spa Llc

Review content:
Went to Clary Sage with 3 other friends for a girl spa day. Had booked in advance (we were supposed to be 5). Clary Sage asked for a deposit since our group was large. The spa is very nice and tranquil, calming colors and nice music and scents.However...for the 4 of us there were only 3 people working. I was left on my own for an hour while my friends received their pedicures. We were told when we booked that with the pedicure we would get a free manicure (which is offered on the web site) and other discounts. They went ahead at the spa and gave us a $65 pedicure when we anticipated $50 (spa pedicure on website). When I tried to explain to the lady at the spa, she told me "Free manicure with green tea pedicure $65" and proceeded to walk away from me.My friend told her the same thing and mentioned that no one asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and the lady walked away from her as well. No one spoke English very well...communication was very difficult. My pedicure is okay. My girlfriend's cuticle was cut so badly she bled and her massage hurt (even though she said several times "ouch" and "too hard"). She said her nails are cut crooked and even her 6 year old daughter said they looked bad.I will not go back to Clary Sage nor will I recommend.I plan on calling to speak to the owner tomorrow.I hope they speak English well enough to resolve.
