Review content:
Rojo advertises as if it is a restaurant but seems to be trying harder to be a bar. The menu is confusing since one assumes the food is "mexican" but it really is some menagerie of tex-mex that many people do not like. There are a few items on the menu that I will order regularly that I enjoy. If I stray from those 2 or 3 items I am not happy with what I get. So if you go, be prepared for a hit and miss dining experience until you find the item you like.
