TUTTA BELLA NEAPOLITAN PIZZA

Review content:
I'm not sure what I am more disappointed in...the poor quality of wet soggy pizza being pawned off as authentic Neapolitan pizza or the reviewers who are handing out 5 star reviews.
A new Tutta Bella's just opened up in Issaquah. We went there for pizza. What did we get? A wet soggy mess with little to no flavor. The middle of the pizza was swimming in liquid and the crust was limp and wet. This is NOT Neapolitan pizza. The amount of ingredients was sub-par. Yes, Neo-style does not use a pile of items on the pizza but Tutta's was ridiculous. I was embarrassed for the waiter as soon as the pizza was delivered to the table. The pizza was a poor at best. Hey, I'm all for a wood-fire oven but if the cooks don't understand how to control fire and ingredients it would be a better idea to go back to a regular oven. Again, not authentic in the least.
Good news...the salad was great.
