Good: she was nice when she was showing houses us in the beginning because she knew she would be making a sale, but after about 3 days of looking, she grew impatient and kept trying to convince us to make offers on any house we saw.. Bad: she is very pushy, only out for her best interests, cares only about her commission, tries to convince you to buy a house you are not comfortable with, puts incredible pressure on you to make an offer even though you tell her you're not ready and want to continue house shopping.
