I already called and said Thank you so I'm going to find all the review sites I can and say it again and again. You saved my business, you saved my sanity.
No one else could get the files off my dead hard drive. You did and you had it done the next day. I'll always back up my quickbook files from now on but thank you very much for all the time you saved me and the great computer you built me. I will never forget it.
