The Party Starts Here is the best place ever! If anyone says anything bad about the service, they are nuts. The girls that work there are so sweet. Everyone had a great time at my granddaughters 3rd birthday. I was very proud when everyone said how nice the party was. I read another comment that some very mean person wrote, All I can say is that I myself own a company and have had the the experience of people not paying for my services. It should be understood that in the times we live in, it is mandatory for a service oriented company to get paid AS AGREED. The paperwork was given to me for my grandaughters party when we booked the party. Everything was clearly spelled out. This party place has been in business for over ten years. No one can stay around that long with out doing the right thing. We had a wonderful experience, and by the way, who cares who owns the store, if you are not looking for trouble why would you have to know that? You should have paid your bill.
