NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL: I was looking for a new Salon so made an appt. at Nivala. The day of my appt. I ran into an accident and called to let them know I would be 10 min. late - the receptionist said let me check with the stylist - she came back to the phone and told me it was fine. When I arrived an walked in the door, she said - you are really late and the stylist will not be able to cut your hair. I explained that I had called ahead to check to make sure my tardiness would be ok - she asked if I wanted to reschedule - I said not on your life and walked out. Not a pleasant experience at all and would not recommend this salon at all.
