While trying to figure out why we were out of hot water, I went downstairs and discovered the entire basement had flooded. Our home was just a couple of years old, so we were devastated.
We were lucky to have already been friends with Joe Shilling, owner of Home Pros Construction. We knew he was the "go to" guy for the insurance companies during such disasters. From the moment we called him (late at night), our worries were over. He immediately sent out workers to dry out the basement. His professional crew recreated our basement perfectly from new drywall to matching our carpet and tiles. Joe made sure to cover every detail. He made our disaster seem like a simple remodel -- totally hassle-free.
