I have been taking my dogs there for 4 years now and what they lack in flash they more than make up for in knowledge and caring for the dogs.
A note on the previous writers comments - I know they seperate dogs by size and personality. This is especially important to me having two small toy dogs which I would not want mixed with small or medium sized dogs. They are always placed in the toy dogs rooms.
A number of times they have provided guidance with questions we've had for new habits our dogs may have started at home and basic advice on my overactive observations on health issues like if a cough warrents a vet visit or I'm just being too cautious (which is usually the case). The girls there are wonderful and always provide extra attention to our detailed needs for my one with extreme allergies. Also when we had to leave them for a week, one got stressed out and became ill and they called us right away and even took him to the vet for us that morning to get him some meds and make sure it was just a case of stress and nothing more serious. Jamie and Nisse are wonderful and their personal attention is always appreciated!
I would recommend club pet to anyone who wants a place they will really take care of and look out for their loved pets and doesn't need the ritz and glitz of some of the newer flashier places. They're not new or big, but they care and love my "kids" and that's what's important to me :)
