Dropped my car off as scheduled at 8 am for Maryland State Inspection. When I made the appt, I was told the inspection takes about 2 hours. At 4 pm, having not heard from the shop, I called - only to be told the car had yet to be inspected but would be done in the next 30 minutes. The shop closes at 5 pm. Opted to take back my car as any recommended repairs would have needed to be done on yet another day. The gentleman at the desk did not even apologize for the delay or the failure to do the inspection, which I had scheduled over five days ago. Very disappointing, especially since the place was recommended by a neighbor. Would not recommend this business, there are too many others to chose from in the area.
