My first experience with a self-storage company was so harrowing that I never thought I would bother with self-storage again. Then, a year ago, my mother passed away and I had to find a storage unit for some of the family heirlooms that we wanted to hold onto until we had time to go through everything. We decided to give Roemer Way Self Storage a try and were so impressed with the customer service that we have been loyal customers every since. Now I have my own belongings in a unit and have had no problems with access. They also have lights on at night which I appreciate since I don’t usually get off of work until 6pm and sometimes stop by on my way home. So far I have nothing to complain about and would recommend this facility to anyone who needs self-storage.
