Just a note to thank and commend Mark C. and Thomas B. for their outstanding service to us in replacing the water line to our house this week.
After waiting nearly a month for the Seattle water department to respond to our complaint and confirm that it was our responsibility to fix the problem, we were amazed and pleased to have Mark and Thomas show up within an hour after we called Gene Johnson. Even more satisfying was that Mark was able to complete the paper work, schedule the "Ditch Witch" folks and obtain the necessary permits by end of day.
Their work passed inspection of course and the cleanup was excellent, Our thanks to them for their professional work and their excellent customer service.
