Good: That they buy clothes outright. Immediate cash! And I have found some decent el cheapo tanks for the gym.. Bad: Did not care for their unnecessary additional comments on my item. He told me: "outdated"(I bought it last summer), "faded" and even "I don't like it".. Improvements: Change their snooty rude attitude. All that is required when rejecting an item is, "We can't use this but thank you for bringing it to us. A bit more professional---- and I might have left not feeling insulted... Other: I wouldn't shop or sell to them again after Counter Man's general unpleasantness..
