Good: It was fun and spacious. However half the games were broken and just took tokens.. Bad: My daughter fell through a poorly positioned hole in the play area. It leads to a fireman type spiral pole. The hole is to climb down but there us no lip or edge. My 6 year old was not looking and fell right through. Some older kids were running and pushing through and when she stepped around them she stepped right through that hole about 7 feet to the floor. She is in a lot of pain and her back and chest hurts. All they did was take a report and toss the clipboard in a drawer.. Improvements: Better supervision and planning for younger children. That area in the tree is not safe..
